Personal profile

Dr. Emrah Bilgic is a Lecturer in Business Analytics with over ten years of experience in Higher Education. He holds an Associate Professorship in Turkiye and has an extensive background in teaching analytics-related modules. He holds Fellowship status (FHEA) with the Higher Education Academy, recognising his professional practice and commitment to excellence in teaching and learning in UK Higher Education. He has previously been involved in various research projects in the United States, Sweden, and the United Kingdom and Turkey.

He has extensive experience teaching a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including Operations Research, Operation Management, Project Management, Marketing Analytics, Statistical Decision Making, and Research Methods. His teaching approach combines theoretical foundations with practical applications, aimed at equipping students with analytical and decision-making skills relevant to real-world challenges.
